Windows 10: Windows 11 keeps changing default app mode to light

Hello,I'm very confused as to why, but every morning at around 6:00 AM the default app color mode reverts automatically to light mode even though I keep manually changing it back to dark every single time. I'm positive that it hasn't always happened , if I recall correctly it started after I downloaded the "Night Skies PREMIUM" theme and 1 or 2 more perhaps from the Microsoft store. But unfortunately even after switching back to different windows themes that I didn't experienced this issue with before it persisted.Is it a bug? Could it be something else that's causing it? I'd appreciate any

To get a "dark mode" for file explorer you need to use "Color Filter" in ease of access, and that will change all your color settings on the whole system, icons, wallpaper, settings, app color mode(need to switch to light so it will become dark) inclusive. what it does is just invert all color settings. After switching to invert, you will need to re theme your system.

How do you keep "lights on" in dark mode?

"Dark mode" refers to the Mail app's dark mode, common to Windows apps. Affects the color of the message list, menu bar, etc.

"Lights on" or "lights off" refers to the reading pane's background color, a feature recently added to Mail.

I'm asking if there's a way to set "lights on" to default, even if the Mail app is set to dark mode.
