Windows 10: Windows 11 keeps going to sleep

Discus and support Windows 11 keeps going to sleep in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; Hi, my laptop a new lenovo thinkpad, all updates done keeps going to sleep if i leave it for like 30 seconds.     Windows 11 keeps going to sleep


    Hi, my laptop a new lenovo thinkpad, all updates done keeps going to sleep if i leave it for like 30 seconds. I changed all the settings I could find related to sleep mode, battery etc, no Never or to something like 30min/45min etc... Nothing is pointing to such a short time after which the laptop should go to sleep. What can I do?

    Windows 11 Not Going to Sleep

    Using Windows 11 Pro. Unit is not going to sleep, despite trying variations on power options. Have followed all the steps here: Fix Windows 11 Sleep Mode Not Working . Also, this article refers to a Power Troubleshooter...which doesn't exist on my version of Windows. On the other hand, if I reset power options to the default, the unit does go to sleep. Making any changes, however, and it doesn't go to sleep anymore. This is

    Windows 11 does not go to sleep

    My Windows 11 desktop does not turn off the screen after the specified time. It also does not go into sleep mode after the specified time. I have tried all the steps suggested in this thread and still not good. I do not have any joy stick or anything like that attached. It used to work that a few months ago it quit. The only thing that happened was routine Windows updates.

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Click on Start>Settings>System.
    • In the left navigation pane, click on Power & sleep.
    • In the right pane, select the time limit for the system to go to sleep from the drop down list.
