Windows 10: Windows 11 keeps hanging

My Windows 11 keeps hanging; when I open and close task manager from the taskbar Windows 11 becomes OK.I have run sfc/ scannow as administrator and it has completed successfully.I am running DISM /Online/ Cleanup-Image/RestoreHealth but it gets stuck at 62.3%.Can someone please help how I can solve this Windows 11 hanging problem and I don't have to open and close task manager from the taskbar.Thanks in advance

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
