Windows 10: Windows 11 keeps reinstalling updates that i just uninstalled.

So about 2 weeks ago i ran into a problem with a recent windows update. I uninstalled the update that was causing the problem and that problem was completely fixed. Now i am having the same exact problem today. So i look to see if Windows 11 updated and i see that it did. So i uninstall the updates that were made today and during the restart after uninstalling the updates, Windows re-downloaded and installed the updates i just uninstalled. So now i am stuck in this infinite loop where i uninstall the updates, and Windows keeps installing them back when i restart my PC.Also, just discovered whe

[Solved] Windows 10 keeps reinstalling KB3119142

I noticed quite some time ago that KB3119142 (Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package) kept reinstalling itself for some reason. At least once daily. Sometimes up to several times a day. I just ignored it. It didn't seem to be doing any harm. And I figured they'd eventually fix it. Well...days turned into weeks, weeks into months, with no end to the problem in sight. It dragged on unsolved for at least the last few months. Literally reinstalling itself hundreds of(at least a hundred, felt like more) times in that period of time.

So I finally googled it a couple days ago. And just got around to fixing it today. Which appears to have worked. And it couldn't have been easier to do. I feel so stupid to have let it intimidate me for so long.*Oops!

Metro Apps Reinstalled Even After I Manually Uninstalled Them

I suggest you to check if the applications/games are completely uninstalled by following the steps below:

• Type Control Panel in the search box and press Enter.
• Under Programs, click on Uninstall a Program.
• Check if the applications/games are displaying.
• If they are displaying, select the item and click on Uninstall.

Reinstall Windows?

You don't need to reinstall windows. Go to the device manager and remove uninstall the processor and motherboard drivers listed. When you start the system back up you should be able to re-install the new ones. I just changed my mobo/processor Friday, everything is fine.

BTW I have seen some reviews that state practically no difference in using more than 2gb of ram.
