  1. Windows 11 keeps using arbitrary Power settings

Hey,I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T14s and use Windows 11 Home, 23H2. The issue I am about to describe was there from the beginning, I believe, I only now got round to actually try to do something about it. I installed Windows on the 28th of November 2022, after running the computer on Linux Ubuntu for a bit.Basically, my issue is that I can't change the Power options. Both in Settings > System > Power & Battery >Screen & Sleep and in Control Panel > System and Security > Power Options > Change When Computer Sleeps I have set Turn of display and Put to sleep after 3 minute

    :)
