Windows 10: Windows 11 KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0000001e ntoskrnl.exe

I've been having recurring blue screens on Windows 11, and am hoping for some help. I already ran Driver Verifier and removed a couple old drivers that were causing issues with that, but the blue screens have continued. I also updated the BIOS and all the chipset and system drivers that I could find, to no avail. Windows 10 KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED blue screen, happens daily.

The KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check has a value of 0x0000001E. This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.
