Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop audio crackling/garbling

Hello, I have a laptop here I have on Windows 11 originally Windows 10 and I few weeks ago basically updated all its drivers and such manually by a update amd's site had for it to be up to date for amd app program I have on the laptop and now my audio crackles/garbles and I have tried all the videos out there detailing the same problem fixes and everything but I keep after a temporary fix, I get garble/crackling so I need help.

Windows 11 Audio Crackling

I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 earlier today and ever since, I've had terrible audio crackling. Everywhere. Youtube, Spotify, games, local files, etc. I've tried everything I could, including all the solutions suggested on this thread (except doing a repair install). Updating, reinstalling, and searching for new drivers has so far amounted to nothing. My headphones aren't broken either, so I'm at a complete loss here.

Windows is totally up to date, too. Is there any way I can fix this?

You said you updated your drivers, was this from the PC maker's Support Downloads web page and included Audio/Sound as well as BIOS which someone reported fixed this in the October thread?

Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:

Audio from laptop speaker crackles

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop that starting making crackling noises in it's built in speakers last week. It makes the noise when playing any kind of sound. I ran the audio troubleshooter and nothing was found. I rolled back a display
driver update I got a few days before hand but it was still making the noise. I then uninstalled the audio driver and restarted my laptop. When it came back on, the driver came back by itself and it stopped making the crackling noises. But tonight it started
doing it again. I ran the troubleshooter again and it suggested turning off audio enhancements but nothing is checkmarked except "immediate mode". I removed the checkmark but the sound is still crackling.
