Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop, Cannot hold an ethernet and LTE connection at the same time

I work as a field IT technician, and I have a laptop with an LTE connection. HOWEVER, Windows will disconnect me from the LTE connection and internet when I connect an ethernet cable, even if there is not internet available on that ethernet. This is a huge issue when I am trying to connect to a malfunctioning router or other piece of network equipment and provide remote access.I have tried both of the solutions presented here, with the local policy update and regedit, but they do not work.https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/ethernet-connection-disables-cellular-modem/8f34af04

Which are the steps i have to make in order to use LTE for internet while ethernet is connected for docking to my car?

Hi. I need help. I cannot configure the mobile communication network (SIM LTE) and Ethernet (ethernet port via cable) to work simultaneously. The bottom line is that I connect to the machine via a wired connection (ethernet port) and at the same time I need Internet from my cellular network (SIM LTE) . As soon as I connect the ethernet port, the Internet connection immediately disappears and in order for the Internet to appear, I need to disconnect the ethernet port and then the Internet via SIM is available again. How do I set the priority? To make the Internet work through a mobile SIM (LTE) network, but at the same time an ethernet port via cable was connected?

I've tried almost everything.
“Interface metric” field to 1 for the cellular Network and for Enthernet field - 11. Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6). I checked the Get-NetIPInterface. The priority has changed, but it doesn't help.
In the BIOS, Wireless Auto Disconnect is OFF.
Priority and WLAN - Disabled in the Ethernet settings.

Nothing helps.
