    Hello,I'm encountering an issue with my Windows laptop. The laptop was quite hot indeed, but no fans were activated. After that, I received 4 updates, one of which was a bios update. Now the fans seem to work but I notice general low perf

    Windows 11 Add a second thermal printer port.

    Hi, I used 2 Rollo thermal printers with no issues with Windows 10 as the operating system. I upgraded to Windows 11 and now I can only get one Rollo thermal printer connected. I contacted Rollo support and we spent quite a bit of time working on this issue. Windows 11 apparently will not create a 2nd thermal printer port. Has anyone else had an issue installing 2 thermal printers with Windows 11 or found a fix to this issue? Any advice or help would be appreciated as I really need to thermal printers for use in my business. Thanks in advance.

    Windows 11 laptop critical thermal event and thermal throttling

    Thermal Shutdown

    I have been fairly excited about this upgrade. Though there seems to be some disappointment now that it is here. I have attempted to install it twice and have had a thermal shutdown both times. This is a laptop but I have never had a thermal problem before
    and I game on this. I can only assume it is an issue with the upgrade. I would appreciate any support I can get for this from Microsoft.
