Windows 10: Windows 11 Laptop Keeps BSOD

Hey all,I have a Lenovo Legion Pro 7i gen 8 with 4080. It is running Win 11 home. Every 10 minutes or so, some apps start to freeze and crash, the cursor starts getting laggy, and then it eventually blue screens. No matter what I have tried, I cannot fix this. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, updating drivers, doing sfc scannow, chkdsk /r /r, and every other thing under the sun. One time after doing chkdsk /r /f it fixed the issue for a couple days, but it has come back. How to fix the Windows 11 Laptop Keeps BSOD seemingly only when unplugged?

I have two laptops and both were upgraded from Windows 10 to 11.

No third-party software is installed except the one that comes with HP Laptop.

The Windows is up to date.

All drivers are up to date, some were even reinstalled.

No gamin on the PC.

Microsoft's Support team did a very poor job of helping with the problem. They hung up on me while on a call and never called me back.

I hope someone from leadership will revisit the way support should be done.

At this point can anyone suggest how to fix the BSOD issue?

BSOD (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE) keep happening.

I am facing a BSOD problems that keep happening randomly. My laptop is Thinkpad S2 with AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U with Radeon Graphics as the processor with 16 GB of RAM. My OS is Windows 11. The error code of the BSOD always the same which is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.
Things I have tried:

1. Reinstall Windows completely
   
2. Reinstall graphic drivers
   
3. Do DISM (no issue found)
   
4. Do sfc /scannow (no issue found)
