Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop keeps freezing and turning black

I have a asus vivobook that's on windows 11 and it's around 2 years old. A few days ago my pc started acting weird, firstly it was edge and chrome that started freezing and not responding tho it was not everytime . then whole pc froze and turn into a black screen could not press any hotkeys couldn't even move cursor. my first idea was memory since i am using a laptop it wasnt really good but sometimes It happened without playing any games just watching youtube.

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
