Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop keeps turning on from sleep mode while in backpack

My windows 11 laptop is set to sleep when I close the lid, but half the time I take it out of my bag, it is very warm or even hot and the battery is usually close to drained. I've already looked at solutions online and most of them are too vague or don't seem to help in my specific situation. The device manager, control panel, and settings all seem to overlap and make things unnecessarily complicated as well, but maybe I am just misunderstanding their intended uses.Here is what I have done so far:- Tried setting the laptop to hibernate when I closed the screen using control panel but it doesn'

Shopping for Laptop Backpack

I have a monstrous Dell Precision M6700 laptop and tend to carry it everywhere with me, including on travels.

I recently blew out the bottom of my laptop bag/backpack and in the market for a new one. It really wasn't made to fit my M6700 but it did with a little persuasion.

Anyone done any shopping recently? I'm looking for:

• Rolling wheels and handle (yes my current one has them and they come in very handy on trips)
• Good quality backpack straps and lifting handle
  
• Good assortment of compartments
• A dedicated laptop compartment (my current one has a separate zippered exterior laptopm compartment on the side, but that's optional)

ASUS Laptop Won't Wake from Sleep Mode

Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel
