Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop lags way too much when not running anything???

Ok, so I got this laptop ROG Zephyrus G15 2 years ago now and it lags so bad with windows 11?even task manager lags, and no I don't even have any start-up apps...I can barely open more than one app at once, this is also all with it plugged inLaptop task manager uses 96.2 Mb of ram???Desktop Task manager uses 33.3 Mb of ram??granted my desktop is running windows 10 cause I have all these issues with windows 11.but my laptop has an [AMD Ryzen 9 6900HS with Radeon Graphics] for CPU, [16GB] of ram and a [NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU] so it has no excuse to lagSo is there any fixes for this

laptop lagging post installation of windows 11

For the past one month i have been using windows 11 on my lenovo ideapad slim 3. The laptop has been lagging a lot since the installation, making it impossible to use my pc. I am certain that the issue is not with the laptop itself as while using any VDI/Citrix, it starts working properly. My laptop hangs even when disk/CPU/memory usage is well within range. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
