Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop randomly started crashing and restarting yesterday.

Good afternoon,Last night, my ASUS ROG Flow X13 laptop that I purchased a few months ago has begun to do this thing where it randomly restarts in the middle of using certain applications. At first, it's been doing this when I've been using applications that were primarily graphics-driven such as Lightroom or audio driven such as FL Studio. I called Microsoft this morning, and the technician did a troubleshoot and a disk check. I also just ran a hardware diagnostic on it, and it all checks out. Laptop Randomly Restarts / Turns Off and comes on with No Wifi

I dont get any errors when the laptop restarts, but it happens randomly and instantly everything shuts down with no warning. Its not like a restart because it doent say restart it just turn off. And sometimes switches ot self back on.

I dont think I have downloaded any applications to cause the problem.

Te problem happens randomly, i think most of the time when im using the internet or using cpu heavy applications. But i think it happens randomly.

I tried the troubleshootin and it doest have the wifi adapter when it randomly shuts down. It just shows ethernet and bluetooth adapter. When i restart it again wifi works.

 

Windows 11 Laptop Randomly Reboots

Hi all-- I have a new Windows 11 laptop that randomly reboots itself once or twice a day. This occurs mostly when I've stepped away. System logs come back with Event ID 41: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I've tried just about everything out there and engaged tech support but no one has been able to solve the issue with this lemon. Any help greatly appreciated. Laptop is 2 months old and has been randomly rebooting for a while now.
