Windows 10: windows 11 laptop restart loop

I have a windows 11 laptop, which would crash when connecting to home wifi due to a bad driver i assume, it is now stuck in a restart loop that i cannot stop. i cannot remove the battery its internal, i cannot get it to open safe mode by force shut down 2/3 times, i can only access the bios, ive tried letting the battery run out but but it doesnt work either. help appreciated

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
