Windows 10: Windows 11 laptop shuts down?

Hi, I recently changed battery, and when I play games in it the laptop keeps shutting down, when I watch videos or movies it was not could anyone help me with this issue?

To do this, kindly follow the steps listed below:

• Type troubleshooting in the Search bar and press

• Click on each category below then follow the on-screen prompt to run the troubleshooter:

• Hardware and Devices
  
• Power
  
• Windows Update

Note: Make sure that you restart your PC after running the troubleshooter for each category.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
