Windows 10: Windows 11: layout change not updating

I like to swap my monitor layout between my work laptop and my home PC. i keep all my monitors connected, and when i want to change my layout i swap inputs on each the monitor i want to use, extend my display layout in the display settings, and disable the screen on the other. if i booted my PC with only one screen being used, i cant access the new total desktop space on the new layout. examples: if i go from a normal 16x9 monitor to my 21x9 ultrawide, i cannot move my mouse to the new desktop space to the right side of the ultrawide, even though the resolution is correct. 16x9 resolution is a

  How many keyboard language have you installed?
  

If you have installed more than 1 keyboard language in your system, then I suggest you to remove the keyboard language other than default language and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to remove the language.

• 
  Open Control panel.
  
• 
  Click on language.
  
• 
  Select the language and click on remove option at the top.

Custom Keyboard Layouts in Windows 11

A wonderful day everyone,

Previously I have used the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator to create custom keyboard layouts, however not only is Windows 11 not listed as a supported operating system, but I cannot use the installed keyboards as they get shrugged off as "Unavailable input method" and are also unselectable as they break the taskbar language button in strange ways.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how one can create a functioning keyboard layout for Windows 11? It'd be much appreciated.

Wrong keyboard layout in login page after update to 1607

Hi,

Since the issue reoccurred after updating to anniversary update, I suggest you to reconfigure the QWERTY keyboard layout and check if the same issue persists. This is to check if the issue is with Windows 10 1607 update.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to configure the keyboard layout:

• Open Settings and click on Time and Language.
• Click on Region and Language.
• Add the Country and click on add a language and select the language of your choice.
• This will take time to download the pack.
• Once this is done, Press Windows key + Space and press Space key to choose the keyboard layout.
