Windows 10: Windows 11 License Reactivation Issue

Hi.Recently, I changed my motherboard, well you know the drill when you replace your certain hardware where your original activation is registered to your old hardware. I tried to reactivate it with the new hardware installed but I am unable to do due to some sort of compatibility even that I have a digital key registered to my account. I am using a Windows 11 PC and I have a digital license that is tied since I am migrated from using Windows 10. I tried to install another Windows 10 in a different drive but with no luck in reactivation. I tried to make a support ticket in help channel but it

Digital license won't reactivate on new hardware (motherboard, cpu ram)

Hello,

I have a digital license of Windows 10 that is linked to my Windows account. I've just replaced my motherboard, cpu and ram and whenever I attempt to reactivate my license the activation troubleshoot says "Unable to activate Windows, We can't reactivate Windows
on this device, Try again later.

Prior to changing my hardware I double checked my digital license, The activation said "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account"

If I run 'winver' It also lists the produced is licensed to my Microsoft account.

According to this article below, All I should have to do is goto the activation troubleshooter and everything should work.

Can't reactivate windows after a hardware change

Hi,

I didn't specifically follow the steps to prepare my device for a hardware change, I was unaware.

My account does appear to be linked as I see this account that I purchased windows 11 on listed as the administrator.

I have followed the steps for after the hardware change, and with the troubleshooter I get the message 'We can’t find any devices linked to your Microsoft account that can be used for reactivating the device you’re using right now. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account you linked to the Windows 10 digital license on this device or try again later'.

Again I didn't follow the steps to link the digital license to my account, at least to my knowledge.
