Windows 10: Windows 11 locks every 1 minute

Hello,My Windows 11 goes to sleep every 1 minute and this appeared last 5-6 days and it is not happening every day. I am using the default Screen and sleep settings and my Screen Saver is turned off. Windows 11 locks my screen after 1 minute

On my new Windows 11 laptop, the screen locks after 1 minute, no matter what settings I change. Things I've tried:

• Power plan setting: Turn off display after 4 minutes (both battery and plugged in)
  
• Advanced power plan setting: Sleep / Sleep after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in)
  
• Advanced power plan setting: System unattended sleep timeout after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in)
  
• Advanced power plan setting: Display / Turn off display after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in)
  
• Advanced power plan setting: Display / Console lock display off timeout after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in)
  
• System > Power & Battery setting: Screen and Sleep / Turn off my screen after 4 minutes (battery/plugged in) (also recommended here)
  
• Set the screensaver to "none"
  

At this point I'm stumped. Anything else that might be causing this?

 

Windows 11 lock screen after 1 minute

Hello guys,

A few weeks ago my Windows 11, after 1 min of inactivity it reserves the screen.

I've gone through many configurations, but have not had success in any, being:

• Change screen saver settings.
  
• Change screen idle time.
  
• Disable and enable the system video card.
  
• Start Windows without 3rd party apps.
  
• Fetch OS update.
  
• Change settings in Registry Editor, so we have more options in "Power Options".
  

My notebook is a Samsung Galaxy Book 3, and it's brand new.

Have you ever seen anything like it? It is very bad because any screen for reading, screen stopped on screen is locked.

I saw an earlier thread about this but there was no final solution and all the fixes in it did not resolve my problem..

Why is my Windows 11 laptop locking after 1 minute - all related settings have been checked and double checked.

Hi, I have the same issue as Redirecting - and there was no solution on that post that worked for the user posting the issue.

My Windows 11 laptop keeps locking after 1 minute. Sometimes, if I reboot, it stops locking after 1 minute and stops doing it for about an hours, and then it starts locking after 1 minute again.

I have checked ALL settings, our company IT Helpdesk has checked ALL settings and there are NO settings that would trigger this - unless there is something hidden really deep.

Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?

Windows 11 seem to have a lot of problems. This is the third Windows 11 related issue I have encountered that no one is able to come up with a working solution for.
