Windows 10: Windows 11 locks-up and requires a hard reboot

Discus and support Windows 11 locks-up and requires a hard reboot in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Since early November this year, my system will lock-up and won't respond to anything other than a hard reboot.     Windows 11 locks-up and requires a hard reboot


    Since early November this year, my system will lock-up and won't respond to anything other than a hard reboot. It can be many hours or a few minutes between episodes. It occurs when I am using the machine and when I leave it alone and powered on.* Moved from Community Center

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    Hard reboot

    A 'hard' reboot is when you use the re-set switch or hold down the power button on your machines case to

    shut down (and reboot by pressing it again).

    - If a hard reboot has been necessary due to Windows locking up it's a good idea to reboot via Windows after

    it has finished loading as Windows may want to fix some settings during the proper shut down process.

    - If you are having problems give full details of what is, or is not happening. Include your system specifications

    and any information you think may be relevant to the probelm.

    Also include details of what troubleshooting steps or fixes you have already tried.
