Windows 10: Windows 11 Log In No internet

I have tried to log on my PC through the Microsoft account but it says I need an internet connection to log in. When I go to the internet Tab there are no wifi networks to log into even though I know they are there because I am m using a sperate device, The hardware is new and working a day ago, can this be because of a microsoft update I did the day before.

Step 2: I suggest you to reset the Internet Explorer and check if it helps.

Step 3: Clear caches and cookies

  Open Microsoft EDGE.
  
• 
  After that click on (…) “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

  Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.
  
• 
  Once you click on this option you will see list of feature, Select Cached data and file.
  
• 
  Here you need to check the option you want to clear and click “Clear” button.

Windows 10 Internet Explore 11 Problem

Hi,

To diagnose the issue it would better we first have the Event viewer logs.

Open IE 11 and then follow the below steps and send us the Event viewer logs that can be found at the time the Internet Explorer crashed.

• Go to the Control Panel
• Click on the Administrative Tools icon.
• From the list choose Event viewer and double click on it.
• Scroll the logs and copy the error code or message that were logged at the time IE crashed.

Copy paste the logs here and we will analyze and determine what is the best way to fix the issue.
