Windows 10: Windows 11 login not working properly??

Hi all,I am running Windows 11 22H2 22621.900 on my supported laptop.I have noticed that when I get to the login screen when booting that sometimes I am logged in without intervention but at other times it needs my fingerprint.I have no idea what is going on.It should be asking me for a password Windows Hello Fingerprint.How can I fix this?Thanks for any assistance! :

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

For us to properly isolate the issue with your Windows Hello, we would like to know the following:

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try reinstalling your camera driver to resolve the issue.
