Windows 10: Windows 11, Logitech Mouse M705 problems since update to W11.

Since windows 11 updates around 2 weeks ago, my Logitech Mouse M705 has become very erratic with left button click; depending on the point of pressure, dragging and dropping is affected and when selecting items/files it will often treat this as the double click command and open the file or select the properties of the item selected. I am a CAD user so this can become very frustrating. I have tried uninstalling drivers and reinstalling etc. but the problem persists. Any help gratefully appreciated.

Logitech M705 mouse and Microsoft Wireless Desktop 900 lags

Hi,

I have issues with mouse and keyboard lags. I have tried to solve this problem for several months, but I cant figure out the reason.

What I have tried:

- Updating all drivers, including newest BIOS

- Uninstalled mouse in Device manager

- Connected to another network

My setup:

OS: Windows 10 Home

Mouse: Logitech M705

Keyboard: Microsoft Wireless Desktop 900

Prosessor: Intel Core i5-7400 Kaby Lake

SSD: Kingston SHSS37A480G

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForece GTX 1050 Ti

Motherboard: MSI MB H270I GAMING PRO AC

 

Logitech Mouse M705

I have this mouse with a Logitech K750 keyboard. Windows 10 recogises the Keyboard & installs the solar update but the mouse itself isn't fully functional as left/right scrolling with the wheel doesn't function.

Have tried installing the Logitech drivers but without success.

Don't know whether to expect uSoft or Logitech to provide these drivers but I don't particularly want to buy a new mouse having just replaced it!

I have the same mouse but a different keyboard -- and they work fine without installing any Logitech software. Have you tried uninstalling the Logitech software to see if that makes a difference?
