Windows 10: Windows 11 - Looks like windows didn't load correctly - Blue Screen

I have had the Recover Blue Screen attached. It comes up regularly. I usually just restart the computer as can't be bothered looking in to the other options.Windows 11 is installed and Microsoft 365 Office installedWhen I go into APPS it has OneNote for Windows 10 so unsure if Windows 10 hasn't been completed removed. It installed Windows 11 at one of the factory resets that it has done in the last 6 months for no apparent reason.The computer is a Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1It has done this many times and has gone to a factory reset 3 times now in 6 months!!Very frustrating. It looks like Windows 11 hasn’t loaded correctly - blue screen of death

Every couple of weeks I get the blue screen saying It looks like windows 11 hasn’t loaded correctly and then have to restart the computer about 10 times before it decides to load. I try and do the windows re-install options with the key but I continue to get the same message before eventually something clicks and it decides to work. My laptop is less than 18 months old and it’s incredibly frustrating!

I’ve got my minidump file as I’ve seen on a previous post…how do I go about sending this to get it analysed for the issue?

Windows 11 - Looks like windows didn't load correctly

For no apparent reason, my Windows 11 system crashes periodically -- blue screen with message Windows 11 did not load correctly. From another person's question on this issue, I know I need to look for the mini dump files. I've found them. Most recent two (both from today) are:

100622-12000-01.dmp

There are a total of 5 from the last 3 days.

I don't seem to have a local program to open them. What do I do at this point? This error is becoming annoying.

I apologize for the redundant question, but was unable to reply in the post linked below (the post data for the on the 'reply" element seems to not be successfully submitting).

I have experienced the same issue multiple times, periodically on my new windows 11 machine ( have owned the Alienware Aurora r12, approx. 6 times or so over 3 - 4 months). I also have followed the steps listed in the post below and have the mini-dump file. Please advise how to proceed.
