Windows 10: Windows 11 mail app doesn't allow me to change my signature

I have recently purchased a new laptop with windows 10 and i am trying to add email accounts to the mail app but i cannot bespoke the signature. My previous laptop with an older windows version allows me to add hyperlinks, images etc but this version i can't please advise!

1. Are you using outlook or other third party app?

If you are using mail app I suggest you to follow the steps below.

• Go to mail app.
• Tap on Switch to Setting icon on bottom left.
• Go to options.
• Turn on Signature; Choose the Signature you like.

Help changing email signature in Mail App for Windows

I want to change my email signature in my Mail App on Windows 2016. On the web, instructions say to find >Signature under Settings. For some reason my version, has no Signature option at all.

Under Help, it explains how to add or change a signature in Outlook, but this is not the format of the Mail App. Any suggestions?

How to set a signature on Windows 10 Mail App?

I understand you would like to use your personal signature on the emails sent by the Windows Mail App.

'Sent from Mail for Windows 10' is the default signature on the app and you can change it according to your preference. I suggest you to refer the steps below to change the signature on the Mail App and check if it helps.

Steps:-

1. Open Mail App.

2. Click on Settings
(gear symbol at the bottom left)

3. Go to Signature.

4. Type you preferable signature on the dialogue box and turn the Use signature On.

5. Click on the check box beside
Apply to all accounts.

6. Open a new mail and check if the change reflects.
