Windows 10: Windows 11 Mail App - Signature Options Gone

I've seen partial answers to this question, but I'm still having trouble.I want to use Windows 11 Mail App until Outlook for Windows the new app allows other accounts to be added.But when I go to add a signature, no formatting options are available.I tried repairing the app - no luck. I tried resetting the app - no luck. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. I am up-to-date in Windows 11 updates.What else is there to do?

Mail - signature options are gone

Hello,

I had to reset my calendar and to my surprise the Mail app was reset as well ... and I had to re-establish my emails.

Unfortunately I CANNOT ad a signature / logo / image /text anymore ...??!!??

All options, including picking an image or logo from your device are gone.

Any suggestions?

 

Custom Signature in Mail??

1. Are you using outlook or other third party app?

If you are using mail app I suggest you to follow the steps below.

• Go to mail app.
• Tap on Switch to Setting icon on bottom left.
• Go to options.
• Turn on Signature; Choose the Signature you like.

Adding signature...

Please follow the below steps to add signature on mail app.

Step 1.

• Go the browser and open Outlook.com and log-in on the email.
• Click on gear box go to option.
• Locate for the Formatting, font and signature and click on it.

Once you create the signature go to mail app to turn on the signature option. Follow the below steps:
