    Windows 11 Maxing Out Sound When at Low Volume


    One Day I Tried To Play a Video And For Some reason It Wasn't Loading Then I See "Having Trouble with your audio" and it was a troubleshoot button but I didn't Have time to click it so I restarted My Computer and When I Played The Video It was Super Loud And When I Went to Turn it down I Saw The Volume was at 10 I Tried Adjusting the volume to other levels but they all sounded the exact same 2 volume was the same as 100 volume and it's the same with headphones that don't have volume slides built into them I Tried using control panel and going to properties to fix it but it did nothing whatsoev

    my new notebook is windows 10 2004 intel 10Gth CPU



    but use Bluetooth Headphones play with Stereo is low sound

    100 volume like 1 volume sound

    and play with Hands-free AG Audio is correct sound

    100 volume is 100 volume sound

    I try ...

    1. install windows updates many times
    2. use regedit set DisableAbsoluteVolume

      0 to 1
    3. reinstall Stereo A2DP Driver
    4. repairing Bluetooth Headphones

    amazing

    Stereo Sound is Fixed

    100 volume is 100 volume sound

    I don't know which is correct solution

    Sound volume in headphones is too low

    The sound volume in my headphones is too low. I have set all Windows volume controls to the max. With that setting, I can understand speech, but the sound is somewhat distorted, as one expects when turning the volume to max.
    (The distortion makes music not sound good.)
    Max volume should be painful to hear, but this is just OK.

    My headphones are wired earbuds, plugged in to the headphone jack in the back of a new HP desktop running Windows 10.

    I don't use speakers on my desktop. I only get sound through the headphones.

    I have plugged the same headphones into a laptop, and the sound becomes painful with the Windows volume at 33% - so the headphones are not broken.

    What should I look for / how can I troubleshoot this?
