Windows 10: Windows 11 media control issue / allow turn off it completely

HiI kinda like that feature, but about 80% time its not work properly. I watch example sometimes videos on youtube example and sometimes it show right video but about couple videos later its stucked and its show wrong video. I ask allow disable that feature completely system wide, not only in browser settings. Or fix that. Its been months..Also i am already disabled that in browser that setting so its not show what is playing.

New Windows Media Player Plugin for Firefox

Anyone who uses Windows Vista and Mozilla Firefox may be pleased to hear that the Windows Media Player team has now released a plugin for Firefox that should allow the browser to play WMP content on websites. Here are the steps to get it working:

• Installation of the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin may require administrative access to your PC. It is recommended that you close all other open browser windows before continuing with the installation.
• Click the Install button to automatically download and install the Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin.
• Depending on your security settings, you may see a Security Warning dialog box. Click Install to install the plugin.

There is a known issue if you are using Firefox version 2.0.0.3 on Windows Vista with the installer failing with error code -203. To work around this simply restart Firefox (you will get a notification that Windows Vista will be changing the Firefox compatibility settings) and then install again - the second time should succeed.

The download is available here, and the new plugin works on all versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista (although it is mostly intended for Vista, as that currently has no WMP support in Firefox).

Turn media player on

• Are you trying to turn on the Windows media player?
• What are you referring to "turn on media player for FM"?
• Are you trying to rip the Disk?

Windows 10 and Windows Media Player

Since the issue still persists, we recommend uninstalling and reinstall Windows Media player and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel.
  
• Click Programs, then click Programs and Features.
  
• Click Turn Windows features on or off in the left pane.
  
• Click the + sign next to Media Features to expand.
  
• Uncheck Windows Media player.
  
• Click OK, then reboot your computer.
  
• To reinstall Windows Media player, repeat the steps in reverse.
  

If the issue still persists, we suggest using other media players to check if the issue also occurs when using other apps.
