    What gives here?I insert a Flash drive to create Windows 11 Media Installation. It doesn'tcreate it on my Flash Drive but instead it wipes out my data on my ExternalHDD and installs There.The capacity on the empty flash drive is 114 GB.Any ideas why this happened?James

    windows 10 media creation set up to the external HDD

    I have windows 10 PC and don't have cd drive. So I connected Externalk HDD to the usb port and then I tried to create media creation tool for another pc. But the system not found the usb flash drive. How can I make it ready to copy media tool setup file
    in an external HDD. Please help . But I can see the External USB drive in explorer . Please help

    Media creation tool?


    I can't get Edge or any apps that connect vie Edge to recognise that I'm connected to a network yet I can use IE 11 no probs.
    The media creation tool starts installing right out of the gate without any option to "create" an ISO or USB. Will this repair install fix my problem do you think?

    What is the exact and complete error you get when you try to create Media creation tool?
