Windows 10: windows 11 media pack is missing

Windows 11 media pack is missing, and IT IS ***NOT*** listed as an additional feature that I can turn on.I have Windows 11 Home, 22H, with Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22674.1000.0Why am I only seeing the option to only use Windows Media Legacy?If Microsoft sells sub-standard versions of Windows, why don't they contractually require pc vendors to attach physical labels that warn customers they are getting sub-standard software?
