Windows 10: Windows 11 - Microsoft 365 - cant add personal e-mail addresses

Morning, I received a new laptop, I have been struggling to add any of my @domain. addresses I keep on getting the error something whet wrong please try again.I have tried the following:1, editing the registry a. I did nit have a KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\Autodiscover or a HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\Autodiscover, so i created a KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\x.0\Outlook\Autodiscover and added the 4 DWORD: ExcludeHttpAutoDiscoverDomainExcludeLastKnownGoodUrlExcludeHttpsRootDomainExcludeSrvRecord2. E-mail address autocomplete list, where?

I need to clean the e-mail autocomplete address list, you know every time you write an e-mail the phone suggests an address. Like the grey "pop-up" (actually, pop-below), but that is the list I need to clean/delete - So where is it? or how do I clean that
list?

When I enter my personal e-mail address, I get a reply 'You cannot add a work or school e-mail address to a personal account'

The e-mail address that I use to sign in to my Microsoft account was work-related. It is eliminated/terminated. I want to change it to using my personal e-mail address. When I enter this personal e-mail address, I get a reply 'You cannot add a work or school e-mail address to a personal account' Very strange, because the e-mail address that I want to use is personal. what to do ? I even get this message when I want to create a new Microsoft account. Thanks for your help. PJC.

 

Receive e-mail correspondence at an e-mail address that is not associated with my account

I contacted them. They were unhelpful. His only suggestion was to create a new account, which is ridiculous. He actually says that he sees the e-mail address in question listed on my account, but he would not or could not remove the e-mail address from my
account, and he did not believe that I do not see it listed. (As stated above, I do not see the e-mail address listed anywhere on the account management tools at http://account.microsoft.com.)

He then transferred me to an Accounts and Billing department person who could not help, so she transferred me to another department that apparently only addresses questions regarding Microsoft Office for Australia and New Zealand, so they transferred me
back to an Accounts and Billing department person who also said she could see the e-mail address on my account but could not remove it, so she transferred me to someone at Windows technical support who could not understand the issue whatsoever.

The end result is that that the issue is still not resolved after 1.5 hours on the phone tonight. Regarding this issue, I have spoken to or chatted with over a dozen people at Microsoft and no one has been able to help.

The effort required just to convince the support personnel that the issue is real is very annoying. Every time I have talked to someone new at Microsoft, I have had to explain the issue from scratch, and then try to convince them that this glitch with my
account is a real issue. The second Accounts and Billing person I spoke to confirmed to me that it's a glitch; however, she did not have the ability to fix the glitch.
