Windows 10: Windows 11, Microsoft defender says PUA:Win32/PassShow has an issue but fails to remove it

Hello,Everytime I boot my machine defender claims that PUA:Win32/PassShow has been blocked. I perform the action to remove it, but when I boot the machine again I get the same message.I have tried every malware/spyware/anti-virus package that I can get, all of them claim my machine is free of issues.How can I get PUA:Win32/PassShow to be removed and not come back?PS: I have also seen answers saying to remove the app from the system, but when I look for it, there is no app matching that name on my system. What do I remove?Thanks!

PUA not deleted or quarantined by Windows Defender

A PUA is not actually malware, it is an application on your PC that Defender deems to be possibly unsafe.

Please provide a screenshot of the history list in Defender showing the PUA's it has found on your PC.
