    Windows 11 Microsoft Hello - We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face


    Hi ThereI purchased a HP Envy 15 last week and updated to windows 11 immediately however when I try and set up Windows Hello I get the error message "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face"Can anyone advise on this? The Windows Hello appears from the home screen and is "looking" when I turn the laptop onworks before I log in but the moment I log in using fingerprint the hello face disappears and I cannot set it up in settings. Thank you

    Hello,

    I just got a new laptop MSI prestige 15 and I am unable to set my Windows Hello Face (fingerprint works fine). At the settings sign-in options it says that "This option is currently unavailable-click to learn more." "We couldn´t find a camera compatible
    with Windows Hello Face." My windows is up to date.

    Thank you for any suggestions.
