Windows 10: Windows 11 Microsoft Paint toolbar and scroll bar not working right

After my stupid computer installed the new update last night without me knowing and it erased some of my work grrr Microsoft paint hasn't been acting right. Specifically with the scroll bars and the menu. I can't use the scroll bar anymore by just clicking and dragging, now anytime I click it it doesn't do anything. If I click anywhere around the scrollbar the scroll bar will go in whichever direction I click it. Also if I hover my mouse over the scroll bar, it will go in which ever direction I move it, which is really annoying. Also if I use my Wacom pen to click the scroll bar or any where

Cant find Toolbar in Internet explorer 11

I understand that the toolbar is missing in Internet explorer 11. We will help you.

• Are you facing this issue after any recent updates?
• Did you check in setting and try to check mark the command bar and check?

I suggest you to follow some steps below and check if it helps.

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Right click on top in empty space near the tabs
  and select Menu Bar and Command Bar and check if the issue is resolved.

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

TPU review scroll bar

I was wondering if there was any specific reason the buttons to scroll down the list of reviews was stuck in the bottom left-hand corner? Whenever I want to read reviews, I always have to move my cursor and aim it at a small arrow that scrolls the reviews... I'd suggest that instead of making the arrows small and in a corner, it would be better placed to the sides of the review bar.
