Windows 10: Windows 11 Microsoft Print to PDF Paper size and doule sided issues

I am using Windows 11 on Dell Desktop with Dell Printer as my default printerI wanted to start using Microsoft Print to PDF and have notice some things I cannot work out how to change1 Paper - My paper is A4 but Print to PDF is somewhere set to Letter. I went to Devices and Printers, Printer Properties fo Print to PDF , Change Properties, Advanced Ta, Printing Defaults, Advanced and set Paper Size to A4, clicked OKHowever Paper Available is still set to Letter. What else needs to be changed?2 Double-sided is set to NO - were do I change this to Yes?3 Thereafter Print to PDF puts a file

Microsoft Print to PDF - custom paper sizes possible?

Hi,

We suggest that you try to set the paper size of the exact document first. You can create a custom page size before you proceed with
Microsoft Print to PDF, it should auto-detect the paper size of the document.

To set the paper size in Microsoft Office:

• Click on the Page Layout/Page Design tab.
• Click on Size, and then in the options available, click on
  More Paper Sizes...
• Click on the drop-down arrow and scroll down to the last option which is
  Custom size. You will be able to customize your preferred paper size.
• Once done, click on OK, and then proceed with Microsoft Print to PDF.

Paper Size for printing Microsoft Print to PDF on Adobe or Bluebeam

I am currently trying to print using "Microsoft Print to PDF" in Adobe or Bluebeam however the printing settings limit me to the following

I want to print a 22"x34" page and I want to use Microsoft Print to PDF because it resets the rotation of pages. Is there a way to add a paper size in these programs for the Microsoft Print to PDF. I can't tell if this is a Bluebeam/Adobe issue or a Microsoft
issue.

 

Microsoft Print to PDF - custom paper sizes possible?

I'd like to print to 18" x 24" paper by using Microsoft Print to PDF.

That is one of the paper sizes required by our city building department to submit electronic building plans.

It seems Microsoft Print to PDF could easily be extended to support 18 x 24, 24 x 36, or 30 x 42.

(Why not just add a 'custom' size option and let the user enter sizes in inches or mm)
