Windows 10: Windows 11 Microsoft Store and Feedback Hub are both Greyed out and won't Open

Microsoft store is greyed out and won't open.I have already tried all the options listed here. Microsoft Store doesn't open - Microsoft SupportAnd How to Re-register Microsoft Store Apps in Windows 11/10 thewindowsclub.comI also cannot connect to the FEEDBACK hub and there is no troubleshooter options in Windows 11 for either program.What setting can I try next?

Microsoft Store and Feedback Hub will not launch

I'm trying to install a new printer on a new Dell Windows 10 machine and the only way to get the drivers for the printer is through the Microsoft Store. When I try to launch the Microsoft Store it comes up for about 3 seconds and then goes away with no error message. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps in this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...t-launch-126a875d-8b72-def1-0af6-d325276a058b to no avail. The last step said to then open the Feedback Hub but I'm having the same problem with Feedback Hub. How do I fix these two apps?

 

Apps, Microsoft Store, and Feedback Hub app won't open

When I try to open any microsoft app, the store, or even the feedback hub app like another answer suggested I try, it flashes quickly and doesn't open. I tried troubleshooting the store with another answer, and it just said the cache may be affected, but
it couldn't solve the problem.

Feedback hub 'can't open' - and is greyed-out in the Start menu. Have run the relevant troubleshooters, have cleared Windows Store cache, done pretty much everything I can that's suggested on this and other forums. Is it a simple fact that it's not
working on this and other recent builds?
