Windows 10: Windows 11 : Microsoft Store: Error Code: 0x80072EFD CV: BgYfQ6X1QUqz1hss

After the latest windows 11 update i started having this problem. I have internet access, I can ping google dns servers, cnn.com, no problems. When i go to the MS store to check for updates It say I'm not online when in FACT I AM... this is really getting aggravating. I already wiped my system clean, fresh install and still same issue.

Whenever I open the store, I get and error coded 0x80072efd, saying that 'We weren't able to connect to the store. This might have happened because the server problem or the network connection might have timed out.'

My connection is working for my other apps, also I found Microsoft Store to work on my 2nd Laptop on the same network.

I have tried running troubleshooting and every possible solution I could do. My laptop came pre-installed with windows 8.1 then it was updated to windows 10, I have also checked for updates and applied every update present but still can not access
the Microsoft Store.
