Windows 10: Windows 11 Microsoft Store Install Error: Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT:...

Was having issues with Microsoft Store not installing new apps and not updating old apps. Decided to reset the app and now cannot open the app. Then decided to remove the app and try to reinstall, but getting error 0x800705AA. Would like guidance on how to get Microsoft Store working again

I tried to reinstall Microsoft Store using powershell but I got this error :

PS: I cannot find Microsoft Store in Apps & Features.

Remove-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF1, Package was not found.
Windows cannot remove Microsoft.3DBuilder_10.0.0.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe because the current user does not have that
package installed. Use Get-AppxPackage to see the list of packages installed.
yea its saying it can't find the package here is the output from getxapp package
