Windows 10: Windows 11 Microsoft Store library blue dot . All the time

I purchased Surface Laptop Studio 2, few days back, the Microsoft Store shows the blue dot all the time, tried all possible solution reinstalled windows 11 pro, still there. contacted Microsoft support with no resolution, should i return it or what?

I have Windows 10 PRO and update Microsoft store apps and blue dot is every time .

• I have tried Reset and repair . > there is no solution
  
• Login admin account get updates microsoft store loads and scrolls app repeatedly > there is no solution
  
• Uninstall Microsoft store > there is no solution
  
• All app updates is Done > Same problem
  
• Make Troubleshoot > there is no solution
  
• Intsall Windows 10 Clean install > there is no solution
  

It's a blue dot all the time !



Some kind of technical glitch .



I don't know how to fix it.



How to fix and repair ?

Windows 11 Microsoft Store missing categories and library blue dot . All the time

I bought a new laptop and was setting it up. After setting it up, two days passed and I noticed my Microsoft Store seems different from my other laptop. It doesn't have the different categories on the left and the blue dot beside the library doesn't go away even when I have checked everything. I have already tried to repair, reset and uninstall/install Microsoft Store.

 

Windows Store - Can't access My LIbrary

The three dots '...' in the upper right corner was the old Microsoft Store UI I think. This is the new Window 11 version ( for both 10 and 11 ) with the library icon on the left bottom:
