Windows 10: Windows 11 Monitor and keyboard randomly turning off when playing a game

so i bought this computer about 8 months ago and it had a problem with it randomly turning off thought it was a psu issue bought a new one and it worked and recently i’ve ran into the same issues so im just lost and it was on a completely different gameRadeon 6800xt founders edition Ryzen 9 5900x B-450 tomahawk max 850w connoisseur

Windows 11 w/Dual Monitor: when turning on monitor(s), windows randomly change position (move to other monitor) and size, help!

Hello, I have Windows 11, using a Dual Monitor set up, and randomly, when I turn on my monitors, a lot of my windows get rearranged (i.e., move to the other monitor) and get resized as well. This happens very randomly, but happens often enough (3-4 times a week) that is become a total nightmare for me.

Both of my monitors are hooked up via HDMI, and my primary monitor is 4K, while the secondary monitor has a 1920x1200 resolution.

My graphics card is a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti.

On a side note, right when I turn on my monitors, Windows plays the "Device Connect" + "Device Disconnect" sounds as well.

Any ideas on this? Thanks in advance.

 

Windows 11 Issue (Taskbar refreshes randomly when playing?)

Hello.

I have upgraded Windows 11 about 2 months ago. To my surprise, it was actually running well until the after mentioned issue (hence the title appears).

It seems that my taskbar randomly refreshes while playing. Doesn't happen outside of it. This is especially annoying since this causes the game to exit from fullscreen and it just creates the illusion my game has crashed. I've updated my drivers and everything and I'm still getting this issue. This is why I turned into you guys for help.

Please give me suggestions to fix the issue. The last resort which I don't want is to downgrade windows 11 to windows 10.
