Windows 10: Windows 11 Monitor going to sleep on startup

Latest W11 beta build.For a while now, after the POST loading screen and booting into the login screen, the monitor ends up going to sleep. Only waking up if I hit the keyboard and start typing or the such. Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks so much for the suggestion. I was able to get the problem fixed by following the Clean Boot instructions you posted.

The issue was with the nVidia GeForce Experience application I installed with my new video card. After I narrowed it down to the nVidia application some searches on their forum came up with similar issues. GeForce Experience comes with an in-game overlay. Disabling that function (I wasn't using it anyway) allowed my computer monitor to go to sleep, even after re-enabling all other startup applications and services.
