Windows 10: windows 11 monitor power down/computer sleep quit working on install of Razer Synapse 3

I am running windows 11 on a relatively new PC. The monitor power down and computer sleep were working until I installed something and now it tries to power down the monitor now on 1 minute delay but after a few seconds they power back up and it repeats forever.After a lot of experimenting I finally found what I believe is causing this problem. With Razer Synapse v3 installed the monitors will not power down and the computer will not go to sleep. What I found is that I uninstall Razer Synapse V3 then it power down/sleep starts to work again. I then re-installed Razer Synapse v3 and the po

Razer Synapse software prevents windows 10 from sleeping

I've been trouble shooting this for awhile now. I completely reinstalled the OS and I am manually creating restore points before each small set of updates or software installations.

Razer Synapse, which updates itself automatically, prevents the display from powering down as well as preventing the PC form going into sleep mode.

 

Razer Synapse not working on my desktop

Hello,

I got a Razer Naga chroma mouse " biggest mistake ever" and i proceed to download the driver on my gaming desktop and its not working, I can see the razer synapse in the bottom right , when i right click it and press open nothing happens.

I contacted support" and they dont know what they are doing, they are just asking me to uninstal and reinstal synapse, then unsital frame work and reinstall etc etc... and ive done everything and nothing is working..

I decided to give the synapse a try on my laptop, and weirdly enough it worked fine.

both laptop and desktop have the same OS "win 10 64 bits ,but i have no idea why it works fine on my laptop and not the desktop.

Anything anyone can do to help me? advise,recommend? im open to any suggestion
