    Hello! I tried to restart my computer to temporary fix this but when ever i open 2 apps or 3, my mouse will start to show the loading circle and it will take a few minute and a notification from microsoft windows will appear and say "The application is not responding. The program may respond again if you wait. Do you want to proceed?" but i cant end the process nor click anything, i tried on my keyboard the Ctrl + alt + delete so i cant access the task manager, but still can't do a thing, the only way out is FORCELLY RESTART my computer. Please help me fix this, Thank you!

    Mouse and keyboard don't work on Windows install

    I have had this issue before luckily I have and old PS keyboard and mouse to use until windows loads. What version of windows are you trying to load? Like suggested make sure you have usb support on in the bios and you select to load the driver packages in memory when loading windws

    One reason why your mouse and keyboard is not working is because of an outdated driver. We suggest that you update the mouse and keyboard driver by following the steps below:

    • Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
    • Select Device Manager.
    • Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.

    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
    • Are you using a wired or wireless keyboard and mouse?
    • Have you tried using a different keyboard and mouse? If yes, how was it?
    • Have you tried using your keyboard and mouse to another computer? If yes, what is the result?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
