Windows 10: Windows 11 Mouse Pointer sticks in top left corner

The mouse pointer gets stuck in the top left corner when moving between multiple monitors. When moving the mouse across screens from right to left, the mouse pointer will "stick" in the top left corner of the right-hand screen and the center screen if three screens are used. The mouse has to be moved slightly down to continue moving left to the next screen. I don't think it is driver-related, because I get the same results with a wired mouse, wireless mouse, and the Surface Pro touchpad. Same results on Intel graphics Surface Pro and NVIDIA graphics desktop. All drivers are up-to-date an

Mouse pointer automatically moves to the top left corner of the screen

My mouse pointer automatically moves to the top left corner of the screen. Restarting the computer does not help. Even when the mouse is unplugged the pointer still moves. It moves to the left slowly but up quickly, almost instantly. I am on a desktop
PC with no touchscreen running windows 10.

 

Windows 10 - Mouse pointer moves automatically to left/right top corner

Mouse pointer is moving automatically to left side top corner. Please advise if some settings have to be changed to stop this behavior of mouse pointer.

 

Surface Pro 3 mouse pointer become selection on left top corner

I am on Insider Preview 14316 with Surface Pro 3. After update to 14316, I noticed my mouse pointer will become "selection" whenever I click left button of mouse.

This happen only after 14316 update, everything is normal before this update.

Normal behavior is single left click is ... just left single click, you could select icon, etc on the desktop.

Now when my mouse point is close to left top corner, whenever I left single click, it seems two clicks happens. The mouse point become "selection" and the selection rectangular shows up instead. This makes it almost impossible to access controls/icons on
left top corner.

This only happens on left top corner, other place on screen is normal.

It happens no matter what program is running. Windows Desktop, MS Word, Chrome...

I do know Insider preview there bug, and thing do broken. Just want to know if there are something can be done to get rid of this annoy issue.
