Windows 10: Windows 11 mouse problem with hover over volume, calendar, pictures, pdf files.

Hi,The problem I've got is with my mouse when I move it over the volume bar and starts decrease the volume or check the calendar and starts moving it up words or pdf files scrolling down or to the left and many similar things. I tied other ports, other mouse even wired one, but nothing.Any help please...Thanks in advance.

I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

• Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Control Panel.
• Select or click Ease of Access.
• Click or tap on Ease of Access Centre.
• Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck
  Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
• Check if issue is resolved.

Windows 10 Mouse hover effect glitch (With picture)

Reminds me of some hover events I did in a Bell 206, down at Bighorn Airways . . . .





Could you trouble shoot at all by running perfmon /report when your glitches occur ?





I disabled a USB Input Device on purpose, and it definitely shows up as a problem. . .









It's just a lame guess, but. . .

 

Is there a way to disable the mouse hover feature in Win 11? I have already unchecked the "activate a window by hovering" button in the control panel but hover is still activated.

I have been unsuccessful in disabling the mouse hover function in Win 11 despite following the suggestions to access the control panel for the mouse and unchecking the "activate a window by hovering" feature. Hover will not go away. Help.
