Windows 10: Windows 11 mouse scroll not working after update Build 22621.1105

Hi,Aside from consistent small text issues after converting to Windows 11, e.g., File Explorer property boxes with small text, etc., I recently updated Windows 11 to the subject build. Now, the mouse ctr+scroll will not expand the zoom level in Outlook. The drivers are up to date, and all was well before this update, or at least in the Outlook view. And I have my font settings to 14, yet it sure does not look like that. Help!

How do I change scroll direction of a mouse NOT listed under Mice?

Thanks; yes, those are great directions and did work to change the direction of the wired mouse that came with the computer. But the mouse I'm using doesn't show up as a mouse in the hardware list, so I can't follow the rest of those steps. I need the mouse to appear on the list of mice in order to complete this sequence.

 

Mouse Wheel is not scrolling Explorer Windows Build 22621.674 22H2

I upgraded to Windows 11 Build 22621.674 22H2, and my mouse wheel no longer will scroll any list boxes or file lists in Explorer using a Razer Basilisk mouse. All other windows scroll normally such as Firefox web pages, Edge Web Pages, application Web Pages, etc. So I know its not the mouse.

Is there a setting in the new version of Windows 22H2 I'm not aware of? This appears to only occur when the new Personalization -> Start Layout is set to "More Pins". It works fine when I select "Default" mode.
