Windows 10: Windows 11 - moving Taskbar to right,left or top

Since 2021, the question of how to move the taskbar to the top, right or left, as was the case with Windows 10, has been asked several times. Initially, this was still possible with a change in Regedit.In the meantime, this has apparently also been prohibited, as the value is reset after the necessary restart. External software is now available to make this possible again.Does Microsoft think that this is the solution: ignoring customer wishes? The result is that users will get the idea of installing any third-party software, which could open the door to malware.

Looks interesting except this:

"Windows 11: You can now move the taskbar to the top, left or right side of the screen. The left and right side taskbar is still half-baked, as Microsoft doesn't officially support the taskbar moving."

The developer further says there are compatibility issues on the their website.

Unfortunately, it isn't working as of June 26, 2022—at least on my computer. It does move the black bar to the left side, but it still tries to draw the icons from left to right (stopping at the right side of the now horizontally narrow bar). Right-clicking on the taskbar also doesn't do anything (i.e., show the popup menu with Taskbar Settings).

However, this might be the feature to watch in upcoming bug releases.
