Windows 10: Windows 11 Multitasking Window Greyed Out

Since my company pushed the upgrade to Windows 11 I can no longer multitask. When I snap one window to the left side fo the screen and another to the right side of the screen, the non-active window is greyed out and no longer visible e.g. if I have Outlook open on the left and Teams open on the right, outlook will be greyed out and nothing visible while I'm typing a teams message. It doesn't matter what I snap to the sides browser, excel, outlook, notepad, etc., the same issue exists and I can only see the active window.I'm working on a Lenovo Thinkpad T14s and this issue only popped up t

In windows 11 when I multitask one window will grey out when I work on the window - this has only just happened and i cant find the setting to turn it off it is annoying and I don't want this please can someone help ?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
