Windows 10: Windows 11 need to change language for product key to english

Hi, how can I change the language on display for product key from chinesse to English. Do I need to reinstall it again ?

Microsoft no english language windows for you!

After visiting the official Microsoft software download service and entering my Win 7 ultimate 64 product key I noticed out of the two dozen languages listed English version was missing! anyone else notice this?

How to Change Windows store and apps language to English
