    I recently upgrade my Dell inspiron 3910's SSD from 256GB to 500GB, I used Acronis clone tool for crucial. when I booted for the first time the internet refused to work, it said the WIFI was connected but no internet connection. Also Microsoft store completely disappeared with all the apps that were installed from it. How do I fix These problems?Dave.Dell inspiron 3910Intel core i5 1240040GB RAM500GB SSD 1TB HDD

    Thank you for the update. For us not to repeat the troubleshooting steps you've already performed, could you tell us the troubleshooting steps that you've already performed?

    Also, we suggest trying to run the Network troubleshooter to help with your issue. To do that, follow the steps below:

    • Type Network troubleshooter in the Cortana search box.
    • Then select Identify and repair network problems.
    • Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if it fixes the problem.
